Do you want to work in an organization where quality, patient safety, and medical professionalism are at the center – while also contributing to the development of future psychiatry? Psychiatric Partners is now looking for a specialist physician for our child and adolescent psychiatric services in Växjö.
We provide specialist psychiatry for children and youth in Växjö and Ljungby, with a CBT-based therapeutic focus. The services are operated on behalf of the region, which means that care is provided according to the same regulations, quality requirements, and patient safety principles as in public healthcare.
About the roleAs a specialist physician with us, you have a clear medical responsibility and a central role in ensuring good care quality and high patient safety. You work systematically with assessment, follow-up, and treatment, and actively contribute to the development of medical routines, guidelines, and working methods.
You will be part of a well-functioning, interdisciplinary team where collaboration and clear processes are a natural part of everyday life. The role also involves participation in the organization’s quality and development work, including the implementation of new tools and working methods. There is an opportunity for some remote work.
The work takes place in newly renovated premises with a central location in Växjö, good commuting options, and parking directly adjacent to the clinic, contributing to a safe and sustainable work environment.
We are looking for youWe are looking for someone who is a specialist physician in child and adolescent psychiatry or adult psychiatry, with experience working with children and youth. You are engaged, confident in your professional role, and enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams. You want to contribute both clinically and strategically and see development work as a natural part of your mission.
